Delivery
Getting your kit to you
We deliver to the United Kingdom only. Every rate below is the rate you are charged at checkout — this page reads the same table.
Rates
| Order value | Method | Estimate | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| £0.00 – £84.99 | UK delivery | 4 working days after dispatch | £4.95 |
| £85.00 and over | Free UK delivery | 4 working days after dispatch | Free |
Handling time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 working days of payment. You get a dispatch email with the carrier and tracking number the moment it leaves us.
If you miss the delivery
The carrier leaves a card and attempts redelivery or holds the parcel at a local depot or collection point. Use the tracking link in your dispatch email to rearrange or redirect it. If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we refund the goods and contact you before sending again.
Cancellation
Your 14-day right to cancel runs from the day you receive the goods, not from the day you order.
Where we ship
United Kingdom only for now. Addresses outside the UK cannot be accepted at checkout.
